Company Structure

AICPL Pune is organized in four departments, namely, “Marketing & Sales”, “Process Engineering & Plant Design”, “Mechanical Engineering & Fabrication” and “Finance & Administration”. In order to meet our customers’ specific and frequently very demanding technical requirements, extensive experience and database is present in AICPL Manufacturing, mechanical engineering, procurement, stores and quality assurance, as well as finance, are all located in our Headquarters in Pune, India.

Technical Milestones

Over the past years the following milestones have been achieved.
  • Design, engineering and manufacturing of two titanium cladded Falling film evaporators for the concentration of Pharma Effluent. The units have been delivered to several clients in India.
  • Design, engineering, manufacturing, and start-up of three Dryers ( Steam Tube Bundle Dryer) for drying Wet Grain Soluble by separating water to produce Distillers dry Grain Soluble (DDGS). Each dryer with a net weight of 55 – 60 tons is designed for a capacity of 2.5 t/h of water evaporation.
  • Design, engineering, and start-up of Four 5-stage- Falling Film-evaporation-systems for Spent Wash in Distillery. It had been completely designed and Engineered in Pune and was transported and Commissioned to respective sites in India. Each Evaporator designed for a capacity of 25 t/h of water evaporation.
  • Design, engineering, and start-up of Three 3-stage- Forced Circulation-evaporation-systems for Spent Wash in Distillery. It had been completely designed and Engineered in Pune and was transported and Commissioned to respective sites in India. Each Evaporator designed for a capacity of 10 t/h of water evaporation.
  • Pilot plant tests, design, Engineering, manufacturing, and start-up of one industrial Single Stage Falling Film Evaporation System with Spray Dryer for the gaurgum Derivative in Pharmaceutical Industry.

EPC Services

AICPL is a provider of integrated design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services. The turnkey contracts represent the Company’s engineering, procurement and construction projects business, which includes Zero Liquid Discharge Plants, Complete process solutions for several chemicals a, Petrochemicals, Dairy, Starch, food, Biotech, Distilleries plants. The Company is focused on providing turnkey solutions for water and wastewater treatment, and other environmental solutions. Aeon India has been consistently maintaining ISO standards and for which the company is awarded ISO 9001-2008 certification. EPC assignments are executed using state-of-the-art design tools and project management techniques. The company utilizes the latest software tools for design, planning and project management.
