AICPL has installed a Pilot Plant facility, which is operated to find out about the behavior of a product or process before using it on a large industrial or commercial scale. The Pilot testing allows us to optimize the process design for reproducibility and repeatability.
We have a installed and operating, pre-commercial pilot system for Preparation, Evaporation and Drying , and further testing the
physio-chemical properties for any raw material. This helps in establishing the new and feasible operating conditions, for any product
without incurring any losses in the final commercial plant.
Based on these established parameters, our team of engineers, further designs and manufactures the full-scale commercial plant for the same product.
